Private training sessions are customized to your goals—whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, injury recovery, or improving overall fitness. You’ll get a personalized program, hands-on coaching, and focused guidance every step of the way. This is your time, your pace, your transformation. This package includes 2 sessions per week for 1 month.

Our group training sessions are designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and foster a supportive environment where you’re challenged—but never alone. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, every workout is scalable to your level. Expect a mix of strength, mobility, and functional movement, all with a focus on proper form and injury prevention. Group training is provided for a group of 4 or more people at a specified time slot with 2 sessions per week.

For those who prefer flexibility or live outside my area, online training offers customized workout programs, video demonstrations, and weekly virtual check-ins for accountability and progress tracking. You’ll still get the guidance and structure you need, from wherever you are. Includes: Personalized training plan, weekly check-ins for 4 weeks. Virtual 1:1 Session Add-On: $40 per session
